Commercial Sales/Leases
In Northeastern Ohio and Western Pennsylvania a few of the companies we recently worked with include: First Commonwealth Bank, American Title Solutions, Benesys, Southern Care Inc., Miller’s Rental & Sale Company, Brownsville Enterprises, and Window World (franchisee). We also sold the Northwood Center office park in Liberty to Cocca Development (25,000 SF).
Industrial Sales/Leases – 300,000 +/- square feet
Including the investment real estate sale of the Southern Commerce Park in Boardman to a local investor for $4,000,000, the lease of warehouse space in North Jackson to John Zidian Company Inc. (76,500 square feet), the sale of a 52,000 square foot industrial building in the Columbiana Industrial Park to the owner of Green Valley Seed Company and the lease of 68,000 square feet on Meridian Road to a local manufacturer. We also facilitated numerous flex space leases throughout the region.
Auction Activity
The auction department completed building and equipment sales and numerous land sales including industrial, commercial and residential development sites throughout the region. Give us a call if you would like to discuss how our auction team could work for you.
