Commercial Sales/Leases

In Northeastern Ohio and Western Pennsylvania a few of the companies we recently worked with include: Caring Angels Health Care, Randstad GP USA, Capriotti’s Sandwich Shop, ORKIN, Mercy Health, American Title Solutions and Southern Care Inc.

Industrial Sales/Leases – 900,000 +/- square feet

Including the investment real estate sale of the Direct Development Complex (330,000 SF) in Newton Falls to a local investor for $4,100,000, the lease of over 100,000 square feet of warehouse space in Austintown to Polystamp, the lease of 110,000 square feet to New York Packaging in Hubbard, the lease of 169,000 square feet of warehouse space in Warren and the lease of 61,000 square feet of warehouse and office space to REXEL USA in Austintown. We also facilitated numerous other sale and lease transactions throughout the region.

Auction Activity

The auction department completed building and equipment sales and numerous land sales including industrial, commercial and residential development sites throughout the region. Give us a call if you would like to discuss how our auction team could work for you.
